About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, confident, and people-loving Front of House Host to join our crew. You’ll be the first smile our guests see, the vibe-setter, and the go-to for making sure everyone feels right at home. If you love hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to bring the good energy – we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism
- Managing bookings and waitlists with ease
- Supporting the team with table service, drink orders, and general FOH duties
- Creating a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for locals and travellers alike
- Handling guest queries and feedback with confidence and care
- Keeping the front-of-house area looking sharp and running smoothly
What You’ll Bring
- A friendly, outgoing personality and love for people
- Great communication and multitasking skills
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (bonus, but not essential!)
- A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- A passion for creating awesome guest experiences
